Dad had a bit of a rough night last night, but all in all he did get quite a bit of continuous sleep, which is good. The three things we are trying to tackle with his stay here are the pain, the distention (swelling), and nausea (which affects food and drink intake). The first part of last week we tackled the pain and last Thursday he underwent a procedure that will aid in the relief of fluids. The issue this morning is the nausea. We are currently working with the staff here to find the best combination of medication a well as a regimen for them so that he can feel as comfortable as possible.
That being said, today is not a good day to visit. We are hoping he will feel well enough for visits tomorrow.
If you are thinking of visiting tomorrow please contact us at LoveForLarzy@gmail.com and we can set up a good time.
Thanks for checking in.
Love,
Tim
Hope tomorrow is a better day!!! Thinking of you Love Jack, Leslie, Jackson & Ava
ReplyDeleteSending the whole family our love, hugs & lots of positive, happy energy. Mr. Navarrette, please know that there are lots of people pulling for you and wishing you well (physically, mentally, emotionally). My family had the pleasure of having Heather as my son’s teacher & we became friends from there. Though I have only met you a couple of times, I am honored to know you & your family. Thinking of you & really appreciate being included the update.
ReplyDeleteLove & hugs, Michele, Manny & Celeste
Mr. Navarrette,
ReplyDeleteVery few photos mean as much to me as your Father of the Bride shot with Heather. This is one of those rare photos which takes a fraction of a second to photograph, but a lifetime of dedication on your part to make!
Best wishes to you and your loved ones!
John.
Dear Navarrette Family,
ReplyDeleteI am sending this with the best of wishes for comfortable days and eases of pains. It is a blessing to know that you have such wonderful supportive people in your lives and are tapping into the support available. Know that I am proud to have Tim as my son-in-law and am glad that he and Alicia can be there with you at this vital time in your lives. Larry, you have clearly touched many lives in such positive ways and that gift will carry on for many decades to come. Andy and I send our love and hopefully this message will go through this time. - Love, Lenore
